The Flavor Express is a locally owned, family orientated business in the heart of Leavenworth, Washington's Bavarian shopping district. Located in the Obertal Mall (the big pink building) on Alpensee Stasse (9th St). Since it's opening in the November 2008, the Flavor Express strives to be a fudge shop like no other. We don't only want to sell a product that smells good and tastes good, but we also want to give our guests something visual to remember. With a weekly fudge show, guests are treated to a humorous, visually appealing and tasteful look at how our fudge is made. From boiling to loafing, you can watch the whole process. All of our fudge is made using fresh ingredients, and since we don't add any oils or butters, there is only 13g of fat in a half pound slice of milk chocolate fudge. It's 100% guilt free!

We carry several flavors of fudge, including special recipes you won't find anywhere else. Our coconut cashew, snicker, and vegan fudge are among those unique flavors. Not only does the Flavor Express carry a variety of fudges, we also carry a huge selection of Swiss truffles, made by a 5th generation Chocolatier, ice cream, soda, gifts, and an art gallery (page coming soon!).
